DAY 1 BARCELONA Arrival in Barcelona. Baggage collection and meeting with the accompanying guide. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 2 BARCELONA – SAN SEBASTIAN Breakfast. Departure to take a panoramic tour of Barcelona: the Gothic Quarter, las Ramblas, Catalonia Square, the Cathedral, and the port with the statue of Columbus. Lunch. In the afternoon, we will leave for San Sebastián. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 3 SAN SEBASTIAN – VILLASANA DE MENA Breakfast. We will have an orientation tour of the city early in the morning. We will stroll throught the narrow streets of the historic center and sense the colors, smells and flavors that will tempt us into the tapas bars that cover the streets in our path toward the small marina and the castle of San Sebastián. Lunch. Then, we will head to the train station of Bilbao to board our next luxury train. Welcome and settling in on board. In the evening, we will enjoy a delicious dinner and lodging in the picturesque town of Villasana de Mena.

DAY 4 VILLASANA DE MENA – BILBAO – SANTANDER Breakfast. We will return to the city of Bilbao, this time to visit the Guggenheim Museum, a marvel of post-modern architecture, designed by Frank Gehry and famous throughout the world. On board once again, we will savor a delicious lunch on our way to the lovely city of Santander, which is located on the brillant Bay of Biscay. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 5 SANTANDER – POTES – CABEZON DE LA SAL Breakfast. Then we will arrive in Unquera, from where we will take a bus to Potes and the Shrine of Saint Toribio de Liébana, which was founded before the 6th century. Lunch. Afternoon departure for Cabezón de la Sal and tour of Comillas. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 6 CABEZON DE LA SAL – SANTILLANA DEL MAR – ARRIONDAS Breakfast. In the morning we will venture into the past by means of the ancient cave of Altamira, decorated with neolithic paintings. We will enjoy lunch in the enchanting medieval city of Santillana del Mar. We will embark anew and we will begin the trip to Asturias and the fishing village of Llanes. We will enjoy a dinner made with fish from the area. Lodging in Arriondas.

DAY 7 ARRIONDAS – COVADONGA – OVIEDO Breakfast. In the morning we will visit the heart of Asturias: the spectacular the National Park of the Picos de Europe , the lakes de Covadonga, the Shrine de Covadonga and town of Cangas de Onis. We will enjoy lunch on board. Then we will continue our journey to Oviedo. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 8 OVIEDO – GIJON – LUARCA Breakfast. In the morning, we will continue the trip to the coastal city of Gijón. Installed on the banks of the Cantabrian Sea, Gijón offers an attractive combination of seafaring tradition, monumental heritage and modern urbanism on the coast. Lunch. We will travel in train to Luarca, “the white city on the green coast.” Dinner and lodging.

DAY 9 LUARCA – RIBADEO – VIVEIRO Breakfast. We enter Galicia in the direction of Ribadeo, a lovely city on the mouth of the Eo River. We will explore the estuary and then we will enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, we will continue on to Viveiro, a town with a seafaring soul. We will take a tour of the ancient walls of the city. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 10 FERROL – SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA Breakfast. After arriving in Ferrol in the morning, we will say goodbye to the train and we will complete our pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela by bus. Lunch. We will visit this ancient city: Obradoiro Square, the magnificent Cathedral and Goldsmiths Door from the 12th century. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 11 SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA – LOWER RÍAS Breakfast. In this trip to the Lower Rías, we are going to visit various renowned wineries, including Agro de Bazán, which is found among the vineyards. Lunch. Return to Santiago along the coastal highway. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 12 SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA – MADRID Breakfast. Transfer at the designated time to the airport to board a regularly scheduled plane via Madrid to our place of origin. End of services.
