DAY 1 MADRID- STOCKHOLM Meet at the agreed upon time to embark on regular flight to a Stockholm. Arrival in Stockholm. Meeting with the guide to take a panoramic tour of the city. Dinner and lodging
DAY 2 STOCKHOLM Breakfast. Departure for Uppsala where we will be able to admire the Gothic Cathedral and resting place of the medieval kings and the University library Carolina Rediviva with the Codex Argenteus (Silver Bible), manuscript from the 6th century that originally contained the copy of the part of the Bible translated in the 4th century from the Greek language to the Gothic language by the Arian Bishop Ulfilas, inventor of the Gothic alphabet. It also holds some of the oldest texts in Castilian, although written in Arabic alphabet. Lunch. Return to Stockholm. Dinner and lodging
DAY 3 STOCKHOLM- VADSTENA Breakfast. Departure for Vadstena Tour of the Cathedral and of the Convent from the 14th century (only the outside may be visited as the convent is cloistered). After the canonization of Bridget in 1391, the Convent became the most important spiritual center in all of Sweden and it was favored by donations from the royal family. Visit of the exterior of the castle. Lunch. Afternoon free. Dinner and lodging.
DAY 4 VADSTENA- COPENHAGEN Breakfast. Departure for Copenhagen. Lunch en route. Crossing of the Oeresund Straight that separates Sweden from Denmark. We will be able to admire the technological wonder of the complex that includes the longest suspension bridge in the world. Arrival in Copenhagen and Panoramic tour. Dinner and lodging.
DAY 5 COPENHAGEN Breakfast. Tour of Roskilde, including a tour of the Cathedral and Viking Ship Museum. Lunch. Return to the port of Copenhagen to embark on the ferry to Oslo. Passage in interior cabins with buffet dinner on board. Night on board.
DAY 6 OSLO Breakfast. On arrival, city tour of Oslo in which we highlight the Catholic Cathedral of St. Olaf. Lunch. Free time. Dinner and lodging.
DAY 7 OSLO– LAERDAL Breakfast. Departure in bus to the Laerdal Valley. Outside visite of the Stavkirke (medieval church built entirely in wood) of Borgund.
