DAY 1 MADRID – DUBLIN Meeting in Madrid-Barajas Airport at the specified time to leave for Dublin. Arrival to the airport of Dublin. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 2 DUBLIN – EXCURSION TO GLENDALOUGH Breakfast in the hotel. This morning will mark the beginning of the tour through the city of Dublin, whose history goes back to the Viking period. Footprint of this historic past are still visible in the alleyways of the historic center. This millenial city can boast marvelous Cathedrals and churches, Art galleries, museums and historical buildings, but is above all known for its splendid Georgian Squares and public gardens, which can be enjoyed througout the tour. To complete the morning, a Tour of the factory of the world famous Guniess Beer, place where its famous dark beer can be tasted. Lunch in restaurant. Departure to the south through the marvelous Wicklow Mountains to visit the town of Glendalough. There you will have the opportunity to explore the architectural remains of old medieval churches in the area and un Celtic Keep situated between two spectacular lakes. Return to Dublin. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 3 DUBLIN – MULLINGAR – GALWAY Breakfast in the hotel. Departure for a Mullingar. Along the way, we will pass through picturesque towns. On arrival, we will be able to visit the Beleveder House and Gardens. This mansion is one of the most prestigious mansions in Ireland. Built in the 16th century, it is surrounded by a 64 hectare garden. Belvedere is one of the most prestigious historic houses. Then we will head to Galway, where we will take a short tour of this city. Galway maintained commercial relations with Spain for a long time, which explains the persistence of a large Spanish influence on its architecture. Lunch. Afternoon free. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 4 GALWAY – EXCURSION TO CONNEMARA Breakfast in the hotel. Departure from the hotel to head toward the in hospitable region of Connemara, famous for the beauty of its lakes and mountains. We will pass through the little town of Oughterard, entrance gate to the region. We will visit the beautiful city of Clifden, situated on the side of the mountain, continuing later to the magnificent Abbey of Kylemore, a beautiful mansion in the heart of Connemara, constructed next to a lake and surrounded by mountains. The Abbey, with its magnificent Gothic church, is ruled by Benedictine monks. Lunch. Return to Galway. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 5 GALWAY – ARDRAHAN – CLIFFS OF MOHER – KILLARNEY Breakfast. Morning departure from Galway to continue to Ardrahan and visit Rathbaun farm, a traditional Irish farm, where we will be able to observe the jobs that are done with the livestock. Then, they will offer us coffee and buns on the farm. We will continue our journey and cross an area called “Burren”, known as the “rocky desert.” It is a fascinating area of 160 square kilometers of lunar landscape. We will arrive to the Cliffs of Moher, a series of impressive cliffs that rise to a height of 200 meters above the sea and extend for 8 kilometers along the coast. Lunch. We will continue on to Kilrush or Lahinch before taking the ferry to cross the Shannon River , the longest in Ireland. On arrival, we will head toward Killarney. Arrival. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 6 KILLARNEY – EXCURSION: RING DE KERRY Breakfast. Morning departure to take a lovely walk through one of the lovliest in areas Ireland: the Ring de Kerry. We will travel along its uneven coast and stop to visit the museum “Kerry Bog Village”. Here we will step back in time to relive the day to day from the 15th century, how peat was harvested, chich today is still used in some homes as fuel. Lunch. We will complete our tour by visiting a stately Victorian mansion, one of the principal mansions in Ireland surrounded by spectacular gardens, where we will see the life style of the rural high bourgeoisie, while in the basement the work conditions of the servants can be felt. Return to Killarney. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 7 KILLARNEY – BLARNEY – MIDLETON – DUBLIN Breakfast in the hotel. Departure from Killarney to cross the country of Kerry and Cork. When we arrive in Blarney, we will take a short tour of the “Blarney Woollen Mills”, a world famous store. We will travel to Midleton to visit the distillery “Old Midleton”. Lunch. We will continue through the region of Curragh to head toward Dublin. Arrival. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 8 DUBLIN – MADRID Breakfast. Morning free. At the designated time, tranfer to the airport to leave on a flight to Madrid. END OF TRIP
