DAY 1 BARCELONA Arrival and meeting with the accompanying guide. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we will take a panoramic tour throug the historic center of the city which is best discovered traversing one of its most famous avenues, Las Ramblas, where we will find many interesting places to visit. From there we will head into the alleyways of the Gothic Quarterwhere we will contemplate such majestic monument as the cathedral. Return to the hotel. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 2 BARCELONA Breakfast. We will visit Gaudí’s three most famous monuments. We will begin with Park Güell, a majestic park full of colorful buildings. We will continue with a tour of the most picturesque buildings on the Paseo de Gracia: Casa Milá (perhaps better know as the Pedrera) and Casa Batllo. Then, we will visit the Sagrada Family, one of the most impressive architectural works of Gaudí. Currently it is unfinished, and in its interior is found the crypt of its author. After finishing there, we will visit the Picasso Museum, where the largest number of works by the artist from Málaga are collected. Free time for the remainder of the day. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 3 BARCELONA Breakfast. In the morning we will visit Montjuic, on the outskirts of the city. This place was transformed into an enourmous complex of 250 acres that houses numerous pavilions to house the Olympic Games in 1992. Then, we will visit “El Pueblo Spanish (“Spanish Town”)”, a museum in which the most emblemtic corners of the Spanish territory are represented in miniature. Free time for the remainder of the day. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 4 BARCELONA – EXCURSION TO MONTSERRAT AND SANT SADURNI D’ANOIA Breakfast. Tour of the Montserrat Monastery, holy place in Catalonia. In its interior we will visit the Virgin of Montserrat called “La Moreneta”, patron saint of Catalonia. After the visit, we will move through the vineyards of the region and we will visit a traditional wine cellar, where we will find out first hand how the best-known drink “cava” is produced. Return to Barcelona. Free time for the remainder of the day. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 5 BARCELONA – DALI TOUR AND COSTA BRAVA Breakfast. Departure for Figuera to visit the Savior Dalí Museum. The building in which it is locates is the largest surrealist architectural work in the world. In its interior we can enter into the world of Dalí through his works. Then from we will move to the medieval city of Girona. We will take a guided tour of its Jewish Quarter and its walled enclosure, the Arabic baths, and the ancient Roman city. Return to Barcelona along the Costa Brava. We will make a brief stop in Tossa de Mar, small fishing village of great beauty. Return to the hotel. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 6 BARCELONA – EXCURSION TO TARRAGONA AND POBLET Breakfast. In the morning we will take an excursion to the south in Tarragona, one of the oldest cities in Spain and where even today we can find vestiges of the Roman culture. Tour of its historic center and its most relevant monuments. Then we will transfer to the Poblet Monastery, one of the best preserved Cistercian monasteries of the region. Return to the hotel in Barcelona. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 7 BARCELONA Breakfast. Entire day free in Barcelona. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 8 BARCELONA Breakfast. Transfer to the airport at the agreed upon time to board the scheduled flight to our point of origin. End of services.
