DAY 1 MADRID – ZARAGOZA – BARCELONA Meet at the agreed upon time at the meeting point to leave by coach for Zaragoza. Arrival in Zaragoza, Aragonese capital bathed by the Ebro River and where the Basilica of the Pilar, the Seo Cathedral, etc. can be seen. Lunch. Free time to visit these places. Continuation of the trip on to Barcelona crossing the Monegros. Arrival in Barcelona. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 2 BARCELONA Breakfast and departure to take a panoramic tour of Barcelona, the Gothic Quarter, las Ramblas, Catalonia Square, the Cathedral, and the port with the statue of Columbus. Lunch. Afternoon free to visit other attractions that this cosmopolitan city offers; Park Güell, the Pedrera, etc. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 3 BARCELONA- EXCURSION TO GERONA AND FIGUERAS Breakfast and departure in order to take a full day excursion to Gerona and Figueras. We will arrive in Gerona, where we will have free time to visit the Cathedral, with its treasury, cloister, museum and Charlemagne Tower, Saint Felíu Church, the Arabic baths (from the 12th century), etc. We will continue our journey to Figueras, where the brilliant painter Savior Dalí was born in 1904. Lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the Dalí Museum, an old theater decorated by the master that contains the broadest range of works spanning the artist career of Dalí. Return to Barcelona. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 4 BARCELONA- EXCURSTION TO LA GARROTXA Breakfast and departure in order to take a full day excursion with lunch to the Garrotxa wine region during which we will visit the cities of Ripoll (important for the Romanesque Saint Mary Monastery), Olot (the capital of Garrotxa and interesting for its artisanal activity and noteworthy Renaissance Carmelite cloister), Besalú (one of the most important monumental sites of Catalonia where mullioned windows abound), and Bañolas (located on the west bank of a lovely blue lake). Return to Barcelona. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 5 BARCELONA- EXCURSION TO MONSERRAT AND SAN SADURNÍ Breakfast and departure in order to take a full day excursion with Lunch to the Shrine of Montserrat and S. Sadurní. Arrival to Montserrat and free time to see the Shrine, nestled in a spectacular granite landscape where Our Lady of Montserrat, Patron Saint of Catalonia and known by the name of the Moreneta, is venerated. Continuation of the trip on to San Sadurní, land famous for its vineyards and the production of cava. Visit to a winery to taste this sparkling drink. Return to Barcelona. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 6 BARCELONA – MADRID Breakfast and departure for Madrid. Lunch en route. Arrival in Madrid and end of services
