DAY 1 MADRID – MILAN – VENICE (MESTRE OR MARGHERA) Meeting in Madrid-Barajas Airport in order to fly to Milan. Arrival and transfer to the center of Milan. Free time to see the Cathedral. Continuation to Venice (Mestre/Marghera). Dinner and lodging.

DAY 2 VENICE (MESTRE OR MARGHERA) – PADUA – FLORENCE Breakfast. Morning transfer to Tronchetto. Private vaporetto to Venice. Panoramic tour of the city, contemplating the Straw Bridge, Ducal Palace, St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Campanile and the Bridge of Sighs. Lunch. Continuation to Padua. Free time to see the Basilica of Saint Anthony. Continuation to Florence. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 3 FLORENCE Breakfast. Morning panoramic tour of the city “Birthplace of the Renaissance”, situated on the banks of the Arno River, where we can contemplate the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery and the Doors of Paradise, as well as Giotto’s Campanile, the Piazza della Signoria with the Palazzo Vecchio, the lovely Ponte Vecchio, the Church of the Holy Cross, etc. Lunch. Free time to continue enjoying the city. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 4: FLORENCE – SIENA – ASSISI Breakfast and departure for Siena. Free time to visit the city, perfect example of a medieval city, with its characteristic ochre color. We highlight the Piazza del Campo, one of the loveliest medieval squares in Europe, with its shell forms, scenery of the celebrated horse races of Il Palio. Lunch and Continuation to Assisi, homeland of Saint Francis. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 5 ASSISI – ROME Breakfast. Panoramic tour of the city of Assisi, where we will be able to visit the Basilica and the Tomb of Saint Francis. Early lunch. Continuation to Rome where we will be able to take a panoramic tour of Baroque Rome, visiting the most famous squares and fountains in the city. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 6 ROME Breakfast. Departure to take a panoramic tour, where we will see places like the Colosseum, the Imperial Fora, the Arch of Constantine, the Piazza Venezia, with the monument to Victor Emmanuel II, etc. Tour of San Pietro in Vincoli to view Michelangelo’s Statue of Moses. Lunch. Afternoon tour of the major basilicas, the Papal Archbasilica of Saint John Lateran (Cathedral of Cathedrals) and Saint Mary Major. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 7 ROME (*) Breakfast. In the morning, attendance at the Papal Audience that takes place in Saint Peter’s Square. Lunch and afternoon tour of the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel, Historic Artistic Grouping of vital importance, masterpiece of Michelangelo, although other artists participated. We will also visit the Basilica of Saint Peter. Dinner and lodging.

DAY 8: ROME – MADRID Breakfast. Departure to visit The Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls and one of the catacombs, labyrinths of galleries with niches, crypts and sarcophagi. Lunch. Transfer to the airport at the specified time to embark on regular flight to Madrid. Arrival and END OF TRIP
